随着互联网的发展,消费类电子商务在我国呈现蓬勃发展的态势。网络购物作为一种全新的消费方式,以其操作简便、节省时间、节约成本的优点,迅速得到了广大消费者的青睐。然而,由于受网络环境、政策法律环境、消费意识及市场环境的制约,还存在着安全性得不到保障,产品质量及售后服务得不到保障等诸多弊端,使消费者的合法权益常常遭到侵害。因此保护网络消费者权益迫在眉睫,一方面消费者要加强自我保护和防范意识,更重要的是要尽快建立有效的网上购物消费者保护体系,此应属当务之急。
