电子商务是以互联网作为主要载体的,凭借本身特有的优势,影响并改变着传统的商业运作模式。随着大数据时代的到来,知识变为最重要的生产力因素,通过建立企业的知识管理策略,可以有效地挖掘、共享和利用长期保存下来的信息资源和员工积累的实践经验与创新思想,从而保持电子商务企业的竞争优势。本文针对电商企业在实施知识管理过程中所存在的问题,提出了一些有效的应对策略,旨在帮助电商企业能够抓住大数据时代发展的历史机遇,通过实施知识管理,从而创造出更大的经济效益。
