利用~(15)N 示踪田间模拟和砂培试验,着重研究了小麦幼苗(从种子萌发到三叶龄)生长与种子蛋白质含量的关系以及吸肥状况。结果表明:种子萌发后,根系即从土壤中吸收 N 素。三叶期幼苗植株中 N 素的60—80%来自肥料 N 和土壤 N。种子胚乳蛋白质只能满足一叶一心幼苗正常生长需要的 N 量。小麦胚乳营养中的 N素营养是影响幼苗生长的主要限制因素。从 N 素营养来看,幼苗“离乳期”是一叶一心期,不是三叶期。
The relationship between the growth of wheat seedling (seed germination to three-leaf age) and the content of seed protein and the status of fertilizer-absorbing were emphatically studied using ~ (15) N tracing field experiment and sand culture experiment. The results showed that after the seeds germinated, the root system absorbed N from the soil. 60-80% of N in the three-leaf stage seedlings comes from fertilizer N and soil N. Seed endosperm protein can only meet the normal growth of a leaf seedlings need N amount of seedlings. N nutrition in wheat endosperm nutrition is the main limiting factor of seedling growth. N nutrition from the point of view, seedlings “out of lactation ” is a leaf one heart phase, not the three-leaf stage.
