乐果是我省防治高粱、小麦蚜虫最主要的药剂,虽属低毒农药,但在食品中残留量仍有一定限量。为此,研究乐果在高粱、小麦上的残留消失动态,为制定允许残留标准、用药安全间隔期,减少污染等提供科学依据。试验方法一、放射性硫~(35)乐果制剂的配制硫~(-35)乐果承中国农业科学院原子能所合成提供,放射性比强度为8.67微居里罩/毫克,化学含量80%。1.粉剂:以苯为溶剂,滑石粉和1.5%普通乐果粉为填充剂,配成1.5%标记乐果粉。2.颗粒剂:用上述粉剂以土为填充剂制
