参与国际市场竞争使中国企业越来越深刻地感受到创新能力瓶颈对提高国际竞争力的约束。国内企业长期采取的“引进-消化吸收-国产化”的模式．虽然在短时间内缩短了一些技术差距。但实践证明难以形成具有自主知识产权的技术,易于陷入“引进-消化吸收-落后-再引进-再消化吸收-再落后”的怪圈。产学研联合作为一种创新路径。在促进企业技术创新上发挥了重要作用。但是．对产学研联合创新成果商品化和产业化方面的诸多障碍,也使许多企业的产学研合作受挫。本文在总结上海电气集团产学研联合创新成功经验的基础上,提出了提高产学研联合创新效果的一些有效途径。

Based on the successful experience of joint innovation of production, study and research of Shanghai Electric Group, this paper puts forward some effective ways to improve the effect of joint innovation of production, study and research.
