目的观察不同温度下嗜人按蚊发育与繁殖情况,为疟疾流行病学及适时灭蚊提供理论依据。方法在温度为16、19、22、25、28、31℃的条件下,观察实验室饲养嗜人按蚊的卵期、幼虫、蛹期和生殖营养周期,计算不同温度下的全发育历期。结果嗜人按蚊在16℃时不能完成全发育周期,在温度为19、22、25、28、31℃时,全代发育时间分别为31.62、23.83、16.00、14.69d和13.89d。结论在温度范围为16~31℃时,嗜人按蚊的发育期随着温度升高而缩短,结果是否符合其他地区的嗜人按蚊种群,还有待进一步验证。
Objective To observe the development and reproduction of Anopheles anthropophagus at different temperatures and provide a theoretical basis for malaria epidemiology and timely mosquito control. Methods The eggs, larvae, pupae and reproductive nutrition cycle of Anopheles anthropophagus were observed under the conditions of 16, 19, 22, 25, 28 and 31 ℃, and the full developmental period . Results Anopheles anthropophagus could not complete the full development cycle at 16 ℃. The developmental stages of whole generation were 31.62,23.83,16.00,14.69d and 13.89d at the temperature of 19,22,25,28 and 31 ℃ respectively. Conclusions The development of Anopheles anthropophagus shortens with increasing temperature at 16 ~ 31 ℃, and the result accords with the Anopheles anthropophagus population in other areas needs further validation.
