目的观察葛脾煎剂对2型糖尿病大鼠TNF-α的影响。方法利用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法造模,将wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、单纯造模组、二甲双胍组及葛脾煎剂组。治疗8w,观察治疗期间及治疗后大鼠的一般状况、血糖、血脂、胰岛素、TNF-α、IL-6、MCP-1、24h尿蛋白变化,计算ISI。结果葛脾煎剂组糖尿病大鼠的基本状况得以改善,血糖、血脂、24h尿蛋白定量、TNF-α、IL-6、MCP-1均较单纯造模组降低,ISI明显提高;24h尿白蛋白低于二甲双胍组,血脂、胰岛素、TNF-α、IL-6、MCP-1两组无明显差异。结论葛脾煎剂有降糖作用,可降低TNF-α及MCP-1,改善胰岛素抵抗,改善炎症反应。
Objective To observe the effect of Gepi decoction on TNF-α in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, simple model group, metformin group and Gepi decoction group by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. After 8 weeks of treatment, the general state of the rats, blood glucose, blood lipids, insulin, TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1, 24h urinary protein changes during and after treatment were observed and the ISI was calculated. Results The basic condition of diabetic rats in Gepi decoction group was improved, blood glucose, blood lipids, 24h urinary protein, TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1 were all lower than those in the model group alone, and ISI was significantly increased; 24h urinary white. Protein was lower than metformin group, there was no significant difference in serum lipids, insulin, TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1. Conclusion Gepi decoction has hypoglycemic effect, can reduce TNF-α and MCP-1, improve insulin resistance, and improve inflammatory response.
