我厂主要生产自行车闸,有一条27米长环形合金-镍-铬电镀自动线,有4个工位是常流水,每天用水量超出70吨,由于废水多,造成了污水处理的负担。为了节约用水及减少处理量,设计了一种新的高压雾状喷咀。原有喷咀是用6分塑料管一根,长250mm,在塑料管的一面钻出若干.φ2.5mm 的小孔。由于小孔多,水流量大,因而降低了喷管的压力,4个常流水槽需要8个喷管来清洗另件,用水量很大。经测试,每个喷管每小时喷水1,0801,每班8小时喷水69,1201。经多次试验,我们设计的高压雾状喷咀仅4个,代替了原有8个喷管,既提高了清洗效果,又节约了用水。经测试数据如下:(喷咀式样见下图)

Tested, each nozzle spray 1,0801 per hour, 8 hours per class spray 69,1201. After many tests, we designed only high-pressure spray nozzle 4, instead of the original eight nozzle, both to improve the cleaning effect, but also save water.
