采用高压均质法制备阿瑞吡坦纳米混悬剂,以制备温度、均质压力和均质次数为考察对象,以粒径分布、多分散系数和?电位为评价指标,利用Box-Behnken效应面法优化阿瑞吡坦纳米混悬剂的制备工艺参数。所得优化的阿瑞吡坦纳米混悬剂的粒径为(352.4±21.4)nm,多分散系数为0.301±0.075,ζ电位为(-31.3±3.3)mV。透射电镜结果显示制品呈球形且粒径均一,45 min时溶出率为93.5%。
Ampeliptane nanosuspension was prepared by high pressure homogenization method. The temperature, homogenization pressure and homogenization times were used as the investigation objects. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the products were spherical and uniform in size, and the dissolution rate was 93.5% at 45 min.
