为了改善原有气动汽车发动机的缺陷,提出了一种以单螺杆膨胀机为气动汽车发动机的新型压缩空气动力系统,并对其单级型式进行了初步的理论研究,分析了发动机膨胀比、发动机效率和空气加热温度等因素对动力系统总输出功的影响,并结合分析结果对平均续航里程进行了评估。结果表明,提高发动机膨胀比、效率及空气加热温度,是提高单级系统动力性能的主要途径,效率0.5时此单级系统即可实现平均续航单程90 km以上,完全能够满足短途交通工具对一般续航单程的要求。
In order to improve the defects of the original aerodynamic automobile engine, a new type of compressed aerodynamic system with single-screw expander as the aerodynamic automobile engine was proposed and its single-stage type was studied theoretically. The effects of engine expansion ratio, Efficiency and air heating temperature and other factors on the total output power of the power system, combined with the analysis of the average mileage were evaluated. The results show that increasing the engine expansion ratio, efficiency and air heating temperature are the main ways to improve the dynamic performance of the single-stage system. When the efficiency is 0.5, the single-stage system can achieve an average single-journey of more than 90 km and fully meet the requirements of short- One-way battery life requirements.
