成都无缝钢管厂318车间在1982年中修期间,对周期轧管机主传动减速机大齿轮一改冷压装配惯例,采用整体火焰加热装配,不但保证了工艺规定的较大过盈量,提高了装配质量,而且大大缩短了装配时间。该齿轮轴直径为470mm,长为3500mm,与之配合的大齿轮直径为3502mm、齿宽为1100mm,其配合形式为j~+,配合尺寸为φ470(D_3)/(jf)。原冷装时,须先搭架并焊接一个框形梁,再由人工用300吨的油压千斤顶将轴压入齿孔。一般每装配一次,需要7~10天,而且联结强度低,轮轴表面易被拉伤或压伤。该轴的装配过盈量按照工艺规定为0.035mm—0.17mm。但由于装配能力所限,实际采用的过盈量为0.05—0.07mm。这个过盈量在轧机主传动上的奥特曼齿形联轴器为减小
