內陸歐亞學從誕生之日起便是一門國際化的學問,不僅有多國學者參與研究,作爲內陸歐亞歷史文化載體的文獻也涉及多種語言,許多國家在歷史上和現實中與內陸歐亞更有著政治的、經濟的、文化的深刻淵源。因此,加強各國學者之間的溝通與互動尤爲重要。有鑒於此,本刊於20世紀末創辦之時,就有意將它辦成一個國際論壇,學刊章程中曾明確規定:來稿語言爲英、日、德、法、俄者,“可以原文發表”。由於一些具體原因,在一段時間內,這一規定有名無實。隨著幾次有關內陸歐亞的國際學術討論會的召開,出現了外國學者在中國刊物發表論
The inland Eurasian learning has been an internationalized learning since its birth.
