目的：探讨二维彩色多普勒对胎儿脐绕颈的诊断价值，检测其脐动脉流速Ｓ／Ｄ值与发生胎儿宫内窘迫的关系。材料和方法：应用ＧＥ－ＲＴ６８００ＣＦＭ仪，选择产前诊断的１００例胎儿脐绕颈作为研究对象。结果：１００例产前诊断为脐绕颈者经产后证实者９３例，符合率９３％，对绕颈周数判断准确性达１００％，脐绕颈伴有胎儿窘迫者４２例占４５．２％，其脐动脉血流Ｓ／Ｄ值增大与无胎儿窘迫组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：二维彩色多普勒对判断胎儿脐绕颈及了解脐绕颈脐动脉血流变化与胎儿宫内窘迫的关系有重要意义
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography of fetal umbilical cord neck and to detect the relationship between the S / D of umbilical artery blood flow rate and fetal distress. MATERIALS AND METHODS: 100 cases of prenatal diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck were selected as the research object by GE-RT6800CFM instrument. Results: The prenatal diagnosis of 100 cases of umbilical around the neck by postpartum confirmed 93 cases, with a coincidence rate of 93%, to determine the accuracy of the neck circumference of 100%, 42 cases of umbilical cord with fetal distress accounted for 45.2 %, The umbilical artery blood flow S / D value increased and no fetal distress group was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Two-dimensional color Doppler is important in judging fetal cord around the umbilical cord and understanding the relationship between umbilical cord blood flow changes and fetal distress
