相变诱发塑性不锈钢是一种新型的超高强度不锈钢。它籍助相变诱发塑性(TRIP)的机制,克服了高强度和超高强度钢随着强度的提高而塑性降低的矛盾。而使钢在高的强度水平下具有独特的塑韧性。 本文中的25Cr9Ni8Mo4Si2不锈钢通过合适的温拉丝工艺之后,具有明显的相变诱发塑性的效应,钢丝性能可达:σ_b≥175-180公斤/毫米~2δ=18-32%,比同等强度的18-8冷拉不锈钢丝的塑性约提高6~8倍。本钢丝可用于制造外科医用缝针、特殊用途的超高强度钢丝(如高压容器用的缠绕丝)和钢丝绳以及化工用的弹簧等。
Phase change induced plasticity stainless steel is a new type of ultra-high strength stainless steel.
