人总得有点追求,这样才有点盼头,生活也不那么无聊。对于厨师而言,追求是什么呢?我反复地问很多厨师这个问题,他们都给了我几乎非常一致的答案:那就是要继续精进自己的厨艺,为所服务的酒店带来更好的效益,为自己赢得更多的成就。这其实跟他们天马行空的做菜花样很不一样,显得很踏实很真诚。本期的两位新锐厨师——陈飚,在厨师道路上,他选择用愈加精致的理念去实现追求;而邹志平,他用自己的经历告诉我们,努力是追求得以实现的必然法则。
