受众心理规律研究受众心理,是一项较为复杂而艰巨的工作。受众千千万万心态,千变万化,但它并非不可知,而是有共同规律可寻的。我们研究视听受众心理,应采取微观与宏观相结合,个体与群体相结合的原则。要在研究受众共性中,把握受众的特性;又要从研究受众的个体心理个性入手,进而综合研究受众群体、受众总体及其带规律性的问题。要从微观研究到宏观研究,用宏观研究统率微观研究。
