为研究紫甘薯花色苷(APSP)中两种主要成分组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ的抗氧化活性,采用TBA荧光法测定其对Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝、肾、心、脾组织匀浆脂质过氧化的抑制作用。试验结果表明,APSP组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ可抑制Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝组织匀浆脂质过氧化中MDA的生成,说明可抑制·OH诱导的氧化作用,此抑制作用呈剂量效应关系。并且APSP组分Ⅰ抑制Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝、肾、心、脾组织匀浆脂质过氧化中MDA的生成的抑制率高于组分Ⅱ。
In order to study the antioxidative activity of two main components I and II of purple sweet potato anthocyanin (APSP), TBA fluorescence was used to measure the lipid peroxidation of liver, kidney, heart and spleen in mice induced by Fe2 + -H2O2 Peroxidation inhibition. The results showed that APSP components Ⅰ and Ⅱ could inhibit the formation of MDA in liver homogenate homogenate induced by Fe2 + -H2O2, which could inhibit the oxidation induced by · OH. The inhibitory effect was dose-dependent. And APSP component I inhibited Fe2 + -H2O2-induced mouse liver, kidney, heart and spleen homogenate lipid peroxidation in MDA production was higher than the inhibition rate of component Ⅱ.
