以大量试验数据分析为基础,提出了一种构建金属橡胶弹性恢复力三维模型的方法。通过对试验数据插值拟合处理与理论分析的方法,得到了恢复力关于位移和速度的二元解析方程,认为恢复力由线性正刚度弹性力、非线性阻尼力和与速度平方有关的非线性负刚度弹性力三部分组成,并对这三部分的实际物理意义进行了分析。试验结果表明,本模型对金属橡胶弹性恢复力的表述更加直观,分析更加准确,克服了现有模型简单和参数辨识复杂的缺点。
Based on a large number of experimental data analysis, a method of constructing three-dimensional elastic restoring force model of metal rubber is proposed. Based on the experimental data interpolation and theoretical analysis, the binary analytical equations of the restoring force on displacement and velocity are obtained. It is concluded that the restoring force is determined by linear positive stiffness elastic force, nonlinear damping force and nonlinearity related to velocity squared Negative stiffness elastic force composed of three parts, and the actual physical significance of these three parts were analyzed. The experimental results show that this model is more intuitive and more accurate in analyzing the elastic restoring force of metal rubber, which overcomes the shortcomings of the existing models and the complex parameter identification.
