本研究对142人的子宫内膜进行厌氧菌。需氧菌培养分离和鉴定。结果表明,置宫内节育器(IUD)致出血组细菌感染率为10.5%(厌氧菌为8.8%,需氧菌为1.7%),显著高于未置IUD正常组0%的感染率,P<0.05;并是置IUD正常组的3.6倍。置IUD出血组厌氧菌单独的感染率也明显高于置IUD正常组,未置IUD正常组和未置IUD出血组。在置IUD出血组内,置IUD≤12个月者细菌感染率为26.3%,而置IUD>12个月者仅为2.6%.两者比较差异非常显著;并且,带“T”型IUD者细菌感染率是带“O”型的6倍。
In this study, anaerobic bacteria were cultured in 142 human endometrium. Aerobic culture separation and identification. The results showed that the infection rate of bleeding caused by IUD was 10.5% (anaerobic bacteria was 8.8% and aerobic bacteria was 1.7%), which was significantly higher than that of the normal group without IUD 0% infection rate, P <0.05; and 3.6 times that of normal IUD group. The infection rate of anaerobic bacteria in IUD bleeding group was also significantly higher than that in normal IUD group, normal IUD group and no IUD bleeding group. In the IUD bleeding group, the bacterial infection rate of IUD≤12 months was 26.3%, while that of IUD> 12 months was only 2.6%. The difference between the two was significant, and the bacterial infection rate of “T” type IUD was 6 times higher than that of “O” type.
