In order to make use of archival documents as a weapon to rule the Chinese people, a Japanese imperialist government collected a large number of archives since 1937, that is, a total of over 2.3 million pieces of documents were archived by 1945. Most of these documents, apart from being destroyed by Chiang Kai-shek, were mostly received by the Northeast Library after the liberation. Due to the attention of the People’s Government of Northeast China, another part of the collection has been collected. At present, a total of 2,458,525 pieces are kept here, including the official offices of the northeast regions of the Tang Dynasty, the Ming Dynasty, the Qing Dynasty, the Qing Dynasty and the September 18th Incident As well as the Manchukuo and Kuomintang documents. These archives provide extremely rich materials for studying historical sciences, natural sciences and the development of the motherland’s culture. The purpose of this article is to introduce the archives’ experience, experience and lessons in custody technology.
