世人瞩目的亚太经济合作组织第七届会议,于1995年11月15～19日在日本大阪举行。18个国家和地区的代表出席了会议。与前两届会议一样,这次会议也分为两个阶段:第一阶段(15～18日)是部长级会议:第二阶段(19日)为非正式首脑会议。大阪会议的成果将对亚太地区今后25年的经济发展产生重大的影响。一这次会议前,与会者对会议文件草案的内容曾出现过各种争论。但是,共同的利益终于使他们达成了某种妥协,得以在最后一天举行的首脑会议上通过了
The seventh APEC meeting, which has drawn worldwide attention, took place on November 15-19, 1995 in Osaka, Japan. Representatives of 18 countries and regions attended the meeting. As in the previous two sessions, the conference was divided into two phases: the first phase (from 15 to 18) was a ministerial meeting: the second phase (on the 19th) was an informal summit. The outcome of the Osaka Conference will have a significant impact on the economic development in the Asia-Pacific region for the next 25 years. Before this meeting, participants had various arguments about the contents of the draft conference document. However, the common interest finally led them to some compromise that could be adopted at the summit held on the last day
