当前供电企业存在价值链环节认识程度不够深化,对各个环节的价值和成本状况了解不够透彻,未能完全掌握各个环节的价值创造能力,价值创造分析和提出对策能力不够强,未能形成体系化的价值创造体系。为此,本文借鉴价值链理论、作业成本分析法和价值分配理论,深入探讨各个环节的价值-成本分析,形成一套完整的价值创造体系,助推资源配置效率成倍提升。
