本实验合成了Fe(Ⅲ)、Mn(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)等金属离子与meso-(四(4-磺基苯)卟啉)(TPPS_4)的螯合物(M-TPPS_4),研究了它们作为过氧化物模拟酶对过氧化氢氧化4-氨基安替比林(4-AAP)与苯酚衍生物显色体系的催化活性。此体系用于测定H_2O_2时的摩尔吸光系数为8.27×10~3,工作曲线有很好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997。将此体系与葡萄糖氧化酶催化反应偶联,用标准加入法测定了人血清中葡萄糖的含量,得到了满意的结果。
In this experiment, metal ions such as Fe (Ⅲ), Mn (Ⅲ), Co (Ⅲ), Cu (Ⅱ), Ni (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ) and meso- (tetrakis ) (TPPS_4) chelates (M-TPPS_4) were used to study their catalytic activity as a peroxide mimic enzyme for the oxidation of 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AAP) with a phenol derivative by hydrogen peroxide . The molar absorption coefficient of this system for the determination of H 2 O 2 is 8.27 × 10 ~ 3, and the working curve has a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r = 0.9997. Coupling this system with glucose oxidase catalyzed reaction, the content of glucose in human serum was determined by standard addition method, and satisfactory results were obtained.
