在实验室内对脱水后的奥里乳化原油及其与孤岛减压渣油调合油,采用减压蒸馏工艺,制取重交通道路沥青,并全面分析评价了所制取的重交通道路沥青性质。试验证明,脱水奥里乳化原油减压蒸馏制取的沥青除薄膜烘箱试验后质量变化外,其它所有指标均符合重交通道路沥青质量要求,完全符合交通部“八五”攻关建议重交通道路沥青技术要求。脱水奥里乳化原油与孤岛减压渣油调合,在一定的减压蒸馏工艺条件下,制取的沥青不仅符合GB/T15180-94及GB50092-96沥青质量要求,也符合交通部“八五”攻关建议重交通道路沥青技术要求
In the laboratory, the dehydrated Orimulsion crude oil and its blend oil with island vacuum residue were extracted by vacuum distillation. The heavy traffic road asphalt was prepared and analyzed comprehensively and evaluated for the heavy traffic asphalt nature. The test proves that all the indexes of the asphalt produced by the vacuum distillation of dehydrated oriolized crude oil except the film oven after the vacuum distillation have met the quality requirements of the heavy traffic asphalt road and fully meet the requirements of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” of the Ministry of Communications.
