β_2—微球蛋白(β_2—microglobulin,简称β_2—MG)是一种低分子蛋白质,构成细胞膜上组织相容性抗原(HLA)的一部分,为 T 细胞抗原受体的亚单位。有人推测β_2—MG 可能具有与 IgG,IgM,IgE 类似的功能,但在这些蛋白之间尚未发现相互的共同抗原性,由于β_2—MG 具有一定的免疫学特性,且在血清中含量较恒定,可能有助于探讨某些口腔粘膜病患者的免疫状态。为此,作者测定了30例复发性口疮患者发作期的血清β_2—MG 含量。
β_2-microglobulin (β_2-microglobulin, referred to as β_2-MG) is a low-molecular protein that forms part of the histocompatibility antigen (HLA) on the cell membrane and is a subunit of T cell antigen receptors. It has been speculated that β_2-MG may have similar functions to IgG, IgM, IgE, but no mutual antigenicity has been found between these proteins. Since β_2-MG has certain immunological properties and its content in serum is relatively constant, May help to explore the immune status of some patients with oral mucosal disease. To this end, the authors measured 30 cases of recurrent aphthous seizures in patients with serum β 2-MG content.
