目的:研究沉香化气丸抗实验性胃溃疡的药效及镇痛作用。方法:采用大鼠水浸应激性、醋酸刺激性、幽门结扎性胃溃疡模型及小鼠利血平和无水乙醇诱发胃溃疡等实验方法,观察沉化丸抗胃溃疡的作用及其对胃液分泌、胃酸含量、胃蛋白梅活性的影响,以小鼠热板法及醋酸扭体法检测普胃丸的镇痛作用。结果:沉化丸能明显降低胃溃疡指数、抑制胃液分泌及降低胃蛋白酶活性,并能延长小鼠热刺激的痛阈时间,减少醋酸致痛小鼠扭体次数。结论:沉化丸具有明显的抗实验性胃溃疡作用,该作用与其抑制胃液、胃蛋白酶分泌,降低胃蛋白酶活性及镇痛作用有关。
Objective: To study the efficacy and analgesic effects of Shen Xiang Hua Qi Wan on experimental gastric ulcer. METHODS: Rats were treated with water immersion stress, acetic acid-stimulating, pylorus-ligated gastric ulcer model and mice reserpine and ethanol-induced gastric ulcer, and the effects of Shenhua Pill on gastric ulcer were observed. The effects of secretion, acid content and pepsin activity were investigated. The analgesic effect of Puwei Pills was detected by hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method. Results: Shenhua Pill can significantly reduce the gastric ulcer index, inhibit the secretion of gastric juice and reduce the activity of pepsin, and can prolong the pain threshold time of mouse thermal stimulation, and reduce the number of writhing of acetic acid-induced pain mice. Conclusion: Shenhua Pill has obvious anti-ulcerative effect on experimental gastric ulcer. This effect is related to its inhibition of gastric juice, secretion of pepsin, decrease of pepsin activity and analgesic effect.
