四川省水电厅农水局于1991年元月26～28日在仁寿县黑龙滩水库管理处召开了全省水利工程经营管理会议,为了在“八五”期间使四川省的水利工程经营管理能在“七五”基础上更上一层台阶,这次会议除了要求全省各水电局水利管理科长和25个改革试点工程管理单位及其所在县的同志参加外,还邀请了各地市州水电局的负责同志和厅直属水利管理单位的负责同志参加。会议在总结“七五”的基础上,认真讨论了“八五”期间全省水利管理工作的主要内容,从思想上进一步统一了认识,增强了“八五”期间搞好全省水利管理工作的信心和决心,明确了今后水利管理工作的努力方向和任务。
The Ministry of Water Resources of the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Water and Electricity held the provincial water conservancy project management and management conference at the Heilongtan Reservoir Management Office of Renshou County from January 26th to 28th, 1991, in order to enable Sichuan Province’s water conservancy projects to operate and manage during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period. On the basis of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan,” the committee also invited the leaders of the province’s hydropower bureaus and 25 reform pilot project management units and their county’s comrades to participate in the conference. Responsible comrades of the Bureau of Water and Electricity and responsible comrades of the water conservancy management units directly under the Department attended. On the basis of summing up the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”, the meeting seriously discussed the main contents of the province’s water conservancy management during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, further consolidated the understanding from the ideological point of view, and enhanced the water conservancy management work of the entire province during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period. The confidence and determination have made clear the direction and tasks of water management work in the future.
