目前对单纯收缩期高血压是否需要治疗仍无肯定意见。单纯收缩期高血压标准为:收缩压≥160mmHg,舒张压<90mmHg。这种状况非常普遍,不论性别至80岁时约有20％。
There is still no comment on the need for treatment of isolated systolic hypertension. Simple systolic hypertension criteria: systolic blood pressure ≥ 160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure <90mmHg. This is a very common situation, with about 20% of children up to the age of 80.
