目的探讨同伴教育示范法在学龄前哮喘儿童用力通气肺功能检测中的应用效果。方法采用实验流行病学的方法,选取在我科住院的260例学龄前哮喘儿童为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组予操作员示教讲解,实验组采取同伴教育示范法,并比较两组患儿配合度、检测结果质控水平及成功率。结果实验组和对照组患儿各130例,两组在性别、年龄构成、哮喘发病及住院情况等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同伴教育组哮喘患儿肺功能检测的成功率、有效吸气和呼气的正确率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同伴教育示范法对激发患儿的参与热情和检查兴趣,提高患儿的吸气质量和呼气质量,进而形成有效的肺功能检测,避免误诊发生有重要意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of peer education model method in forced ventilation pulmonary function test in preschool children with asthma. Methods Experimental epidemiological methods were used to select 260 preschool children with asthma who were hospitalized in our department as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was instructed by the operator to teach, the experimental group to take peer education model law, and to compare the two groups of children with the degree of control, test results of quality control and success rate. Results There were 130 cases in experimental group and control group respectively. There was no significant difference in sex, age constitution, asthma incidence and hospitalization among the two groups (P> 0.05). The success rate of pulmonary function test, effective inspiratory and expiratory correct rate of children with asthma in peer education group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The companion education model law is of great significance in stimulating children’s enthusiasm for participation and examining interest, improving the inspiratory and expiratory quality of children, and then forming effective pulmonary function tests to avoid misdiagnosis.
