各种不同的刺激下,如严重的感染,中毒,体力过劳,寒冷,饥饿,阳光与X线幅射,及神经刺激等都可以使血液中嗜酸性白细胞减少。注射肾上腺素也会产生嗜酸性白细胞减少。此种减少是由于脑下垂体促肾上腺皮质激素的分秘使血中皮质酮增多所致。电针疗法用来治疗各种疾患临床已获得了显著疗效,但是有关于电针疗法的机制研究不多。本文目的(一)了解电针刺激前后嗜酸性白细胞计数的变化。(二)从嗜酸性白细胞的改变来推测电针对肾上腺皮质活动的影响。试验方法(一)对象的选择:本组选择健康医护工作人员及少数患神经官能症而身体无其他疾患者共24人,男性13人,女性11人。年令为20-35

Adrenaline injection also produces eosinophilia. This decrease is due to corticotropin adrenocorticotropic hormone secretion of blood corticosterone. Electroacupuncture therapy for the treatment of various diseases has been clinically significant effect, but there are few studies on the mechanism of electroacupuncture. The purpose of this paper (A) to understand the changes before and after electroacupuncture eosinophil count. (B) from eosinophilic leukocyte changes to speculate on the impact of electroacupuncture on adrenal cortex activity.
