原发性完全性阴道破裂为在分娩时阴道非外伤性破裂。阴道后穹窿破裂发生在自然分娩,仅阴道与腹腔相通,而宫颈宫体完整甚为罕见。Brander等曾报导一例(Obstet Gynecol 24:151,1964),并收集了过去文献报导共135例,属于原发性阴道破裂者仅为极少数。Mahfonzl932年统计所有子宫阴道破裂中这种原发型仅为2.5％。国内1982年上海第一医学院附属中山医院妇产科聂增溶曾报导二例。我院于1983年12月也有一例,因其罕见,报导于下:
Primary complete vaginal rupture is vaginal non-traumatic rupture at delivery.
