胃粘膜上皮细胞及其分泌的粘液糖蛋白在胃肠道疾病过程中常出现异常变化。许多研究表明,胃粘膜肠化和异型增生与胃癌关系密切以及凝集素具有专一性识别并结合特定糖基的特点。本研究用5种凝集素探针观察早期胃癌旁癌前病变上皮细胞中糖基的变化,探讨其与胃癌发生的关系。一、材料与方法: 60例早期胃癌含癌和切缘组织蜡块各1块,共120块。其中癌旁组织49例伴肠化,50例伴中一重度异型增生,58例含正常组织;切缘组织中35例伴肠
Gastric epithelial cells and secreted mucin glycoproteins often undergo abnormal changes during gastrointestinal disease. Many studies have shown that gastric mucosal intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia are closely related to gastric cancer and that lectin has the characteristic of uniquely identifying and binding specific glycosyl groups. In this study, five kinds of lectin probes were used to observe the changes of glycosyl group in epithelial cells of paracancerous lesions of early gastric cancer, and to explore their relationship with the occurrence of gastric cancer. First, materials and methods: 60 cases of early cancer containing cancer and margin tissue of a block of wax, a total of 120. Among them, 49 cases were associated with intestinal metastases, 50 cases had moderate to severe dysplasia, 58 cases contained normal tissues, and 35 cases had intestinal metastases.
