农村基础教育是我国基础教育体系的重要组成部分。提高农村教育质量的关键在教师,加强农村教师队伍建设有利于当地义务教育均衡发展、促进教育公平。多年来,桂林市教师队伍建设获得长足发展,但是边远乡村教师队伍年龄老化,专业教师缺乏、流失现象严重等问题仍然比较突出。如何采取有效措施,吸引和留住教师在边远乡村学校工作,稳定和充实边远乡村教师队伍,促进教育均衡发展已成为桂林市亟待解决的一个紧迫的问题。
Basic education in rural areas is an important part of our basic education system. The key to improving the quality of rural education lies in teachers. Strengthening the construction of rural teachers is conducive to the balanced development of local compulsory education and the promotion of education fairness. Over the years, the construction of teaching staff in Guilin has made great strides, but the issues such as the age of remote rural teachers, the shortage of specialized teachers and the serious loss of employment still stand out. How to take effective measures to attract and retain teachers in remote rural schools, to stabilize and enrich the contingent of rural teachers, and to promote the balanced development of education has become an urgent issue that urgently needs to be resolved in Guilin.
