本文以3个品种不同时期抽穗试验研究了灌浆结实期日均温度对稻米品质的影响。结果表明:稻米的粒长、粒宽、长宽比、糊化温度(GT)等性状受灌浆结实期日均温度影响较小,而垩白粒率、垩白面积、直链淀粉含量(AT)、胶稠度(GC)、整精米率等则对日均温度的变化较为敏感,但受影响的程度因品种而异;灌浆结实期日均温>26℃的天数、<21℃的天数及平均日均温与品质性状关系密切;温度分布的不同时段对米质也有影响。
In this paper, three varieties of different periods of heading experiments to study the grain filling grain average daily temperature on the quality of rice.
