中央为扩大内需而采取的积极财政政策和其他宏观经济政策,已经产生了积极的效果,近两年我国经济在困难的条件下保持了7％以上的增长速度。但是,必须认识到,扩大内需是一项长期的战略方针,我们必须有做长期艰苦努力的思想准备;有效需求不足问题的出现是各种矛盾与问题长期积累的结果,扩大内需必须实行综合治理,才能取得预期的政策效果。
The proactive fiscal policy and other macroeconomic policies adopted by the Central Government to expand domestic demand have had a positive effect. In the past two years, our economy has maintained a growth rate of over 7% under difficult conditions.
