病程相关蛋白(PRs)在植物抗病过程中起着重要作用,PR4是PRs家族中参与植物系统获得抗性的重要效应因子.利用RACE技术从受十字花科根肿菌Plasmodiophora brassicae侵染的茎瘤芥中克隆到一个PR4基因,命名为BjPR4(GenBank登录号为JX467703),BjPR4基因核苷酸序列全长584 bp,编码140个氨基酸;BjPR4蛋白具有高度保守的Barwin结构,与其它植物的PR4蛋白具有较高的相似性,系统进化分析表明该蛋白基因在不同物种之间具有保守性.BjPR4序列中没有几丁质结合域结构,所以这个基因属于Ⅱ类PR4.qRT-PCR检测分析显示,十字花科根肿菌处理后,BjPR4在病程初期表达量较低,病程后期表达量急剧上升;水杨酸处理后,BjPR4在短期内上调表达,12 h表达量最高,随后降低至较低水平;而茉莉酸甲酯、乙烯、脱落酸处理后该基因表达水平均下降.研究结果表明BjPR4在茎瘤芥根部的表达受到不同植物信号分子的调控,BjPR4在根肿病病程中的表达特征表明BjPR4与茎瘤芥对根肿菌的抗性有关.图6表1参20

After salicylic acid treatment, BjPR4 was up-regulated in the short term and reached the highest level at 12 h, then decreased to a lower level , While the expression of BjPR4 gene decreased after treatment with methyl jasmonate, ethylene and abscisic acid.The results showed that the expression of BjPR4 was regulated by different plant signaling molecules The expression characteristics of jPR4 in the course of clubroot disease show that BjPR4 is related to the resistance of tuber colonize to tuber colonism.
