随着互联网和移动终端的发展,传媒集团的竞争更是从内容的竞争转向综合实力的竞争和品牌的竞争。如何建立独立的和完整的传媒集团官方门户网站,进一步深化媒体资产整合、管理和增值,是传媒集团在互联网时代值得认真探讨的新课题。本文切入大数据发展的潮流,从南方报业传媒集团的实践出发,站在统一信息资源管理和统一媒体资产管理的战略高度,就如何在“一体化平台”的管理理念下,建立体现“聚合、联通、协同发展”的传媒集团官方网站提出了自己的观点和看法,全力打造传媒集团官网的窗口属性、企业文化属性和平台属性,特别强调和诠释了作为传媒集团官方网站的“内容整合、业务协同”的功能,为传媒集团官方网站的建设理出新的思路,打造新的范式。
