对动铁分磁式弧焊变压器进行了优化设计。寿命经济变压器的数学模型同时考虑了变压器的成本和效率,在整个寿命周期内消耗的社会财富最少。采用了混合罚函数法、混合离散变量法和改进正交优化法进行优化计算,结果表明,寿命经济变压器的功率因数十分重要;设计工作中应遵循一些原则。讨论了三种优化方法的优缺点。最后展望了弧焊变压器优化设计的前景。
Optimized design of moving iron magnetic flux arc transformer. Lifetime The mathematical model of economic transformers takes into account the cost and efficiency of transformers with minimal social wealth over the life of the transformer. The mixed penalty function method, mixed discrete variable method and improved orthogonal optimization method are used to optimize the calculation. The results show that the power factor of life economic transformer is very important; some principles should be followed in the design work. The advantages and disadvantages of the three optimization methods are discussed. Finally, the prospect of optimization design of arc welding transformer is prospected.
