目的了解硼酸-单宁复合处理木材对毛栓孔菌和黑胸散白蚁的抗性效果。方法利用真空浸渍方法,对马尾松进行硼酸-单宁复合处理,经过14 d流失试验,评估硼在木材中的固着率,同时分析处理木材对毛栓孔菌和黑胸散白蚁的抗性。结果流失试验发现,单宁能使硼酸在木材中的固着率达到39.21%,且随着单宁浓度的提高而增加;2%和4%硼酸及硼酸-单宁复合处理木材经过毛栓孔菌侵染腐朽后,木材的质量损失率均小于5%(P<0.05);抗白蚁性试验中,硼酸载药量达到3.10 kg/m~3以上,其对黑胸散白蚁的致死率达到93%以上,木材的质量损失率均小于3%(P<0.05)。结论硼酸-单宁复合处理能明显提高硼酸在木材中的固着率,硼的固着率与单宁浓度的提高呈正相关;硼酸及硼酸-单宁复合处理能显著提高木材的耐腐朽及抗白蚁侵蚀的能力。
Objective To understand the resistance effect of boric acid-tannin composite treatment on Trichophyton mentagrophytes and black-throated termites. Methods The method of vacuum impregnation was used to carry out boric acid-tannin complex treatment on masson pine. After 14 days, the fixation rate of boron in wood was evaluated, and the resistance of wood to termitomycin and thrombocytopenia was analyzed. Results The results showed that tannin could immobilize boric acid in the wood to 39.21% and increased with the increase of tannin concentration. After 2% and 4% boric acid and boric acid-tannin complex treatment, The wood quality loss rate was less than 5% (P <0.05) after infestation and decay. In boric acid test, the boric acid loading reached 3.10 kg / m ~ 3 and the lethal rate to termites was 93 %, The quality loss rate of wood is less than 3% (P <0.05). Conclusion Boric acid - tannin treatment can significantly improve the fixation rate of boric acid in wood, and the binding rate of boron is positively correlated with the increase of tannin concentration.
