为了研究RAP(回收沥青路面材料)掺量对温拌再生沥青混合料性能的影响,突破以往厂拌热再生中RAP掺量较低的瓶颈,通过设计不同RAP掺量的AC-16温拌再生沥青混合料,并对再生混合料的最佳沥青用量、拌和压实温度以及路用性能进行试验,研究温拌再生混合料的性能变化规律。试验结果表明,最佳沥青用量随着RAP掺量的增加而增加,而最佳新沥青用量随着RAP掺量的增加而减少,温拌剂的温拌效果随着RAP掺量的增加而减弱,温再生混合料的路用性能在RAP掺量为40%~50%时变化加剧,最终确定温拌再生沥青混合料的RAP掺量宜控制在40%~50%。
In order to study the impact of RAP (recycled asphalt pavement material) content on the performance of warm mix asphalt mixture, break through the bottleneck of low RAP content during the hot mixing in the old plant, through the design of AC-16 warm mix regeneration with different RAP content Asphalt mixture, and the best asphalt content, mixing compaction temperature and road performance of recycled mixture were tested to study the performance of warm mix recycled mixture law. The results show that the best asphalt dosage increases with the increase of RAP content, and the best new asphalt dosage decreases with the increase of RAP content. The warm mixing effect of warm mix agent decreases with the increase of RAP content , The road performance of warm recycled mixture changes aggravate when RAP content is 40% ~ 50%, and the final RAP content of warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture should be controlled at 40% ~ 50%.
