针对当前黄泥灌浆系统中螺旋给料机无法精确定量给料、发生堵塞时无法及时报警的现状,笔者结合LabVIEW监测与控制平台,设计了给料量为50m3/h螺旋给料机的状态监测与变频调速反馈控制系统。该系统由称重传感器、数据采集卡、LabVIEW上位机、RS485通信模块和变频器等组成,利用PID调节原理和RS485串口通信,可实现对螺旋给料机运行状态的监测、堵塞报警、精确定量给料和输送量从10~50m3/h的无级变化,保护了电动机,减轻了制浆机的压力。
