用声发射研究了Al Zn Mg Cu合金刚淬火及淬火经短时间时效后的试样在拉伸过程中出现的锯齿流变现象。实验结果表明: (1)在出现锯齿流变现象的同时,出现声发射特征峰。 (2)声发射特征峰只是在达到某临界应变ε_c(或临界应力σ_c)之后才出现。临界应力σ_c随淬火温度、时效温度及时效时间而变。 (3)在某一温度时效一定时间以后,声发射特征峰及锯齿流变现象同时消失,消失所需时间随淬火温度及时效温度而异。根据声发射特征峰的形貌及其产生与消失的规律对锯齿流变行为的机制进行了探讨。
Acoustic emission was used to study the sawtooth rheology of Al Zn Mg Cu alloy during quenching and quenching after short aging. Experimental results show that: (1) In the presence of sawtooth rheological phenomenon, the acoustic emission characteristic peak appears. (2) Acoustic emission characteristic peak only appears after reaching a critical strain ε_c (or critical stress σ_c). Critical stress σ_c varies with quenching temperature, aging temperature and aging time. (3) At a certain temperature aging for a certain period of time, the acoustic emission characteristic peaks and sawtooth rheological phenomena disappear at the same time, the time required for disappearance varies with the quenching temperature and the aging temperature. The mechanism of sawtooth rheological behavior is discussed according to the appearance of the AE peak and its appearance and disappearance.
