本文采用光电子能谱分析方法,首次研究Li_2S-SiS_2-LiBO_2-LiC1体系玻璃的硫氧化物锂离子导体的组成,结构和状态。指出在玻璃体系中,除了与硅相键合的桥硫存在外,还有不与硅相键合的非桥硫存在;这些硫呈现SO_4~(2-)和S~(6+)状态。玻璃中的硫取代了氧的位置, 进入玻璃网络中使结构紧密交联。本文对玻璃网络中的元素状态和成键机理进行了讨论。
In this paper, the composition, structure and state of sulfur oxide lithium ion conductor in Li_2S-SiS_2-LiBO_2-LiCl system glass were studied for the first time by using photoelectron spectroscopy. It is pointed out that in the glass system, in addition to the bridging sulfur bonded to the silicon, there are non-bridging sulfur which are not bonded to the silicon; these sulfur present SO 4 2- and S 6+ states. The sulfur in the glass replaces the oxygen and enters the glass network to make the structure tightly cross-linked. In this paper, the element states and bonding mechanism in glass network are discussed.
