目的:了解广西少数民族地区县、乡、镇卫生院妇幼卫生保健人力资源配置状况,为加强妇幼卫生保健人才队伍建设,促进少数民族地区妇幼卫生保健事业发展提供参考依据。方法:对2010年广西少数民族地区112家县、乡、镇卫生院妇幼卫生保健人员数量、编制、学历、职称、年龄、执业资格等情况进行调查分析。结果:少数民族地区县、乡、镇卫生院妇幼卫生保健人员总量相对不足,学历、职称偏低,助产士专业对口率低,助产证获证率偏低,依法执业意识有待加强。结论:应采取有效措施加强少数民族地区妇幼卫生保健人才队伍建设,包括专业人才培养、在职人员素质提高、加强母婴保健技术培训和考核等,以提高妇幼卫生保健技术水平和服务质量,满足妇女儿童的健康与发展需求。
Objective: To understand the status of maternal and child health care resource allocation in county, township and town hospitals in ethnic minority areas of Guangxi, and to provide reference for strengthening the construction of maternal and child health care personnel and promoting the development of maternal and child health care in ethnic minority areas. Methods: To investigate and analyze the number, preparation, academic record, professional title, age, qualifications of maternity and child health workers in 112 county, township and town hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2010. Results: The total number of maternal and child health care workers in county, township and town hospitals in ethnic minority areas is relatively insufficient, with low academic and vocational titles, low midwifery proficiency, low qualification rate of midwifery certificates and a sense of law practice. Conclusion: Effective measures should be taken to strengthen the team building of maternal and child health care professionals in ethnic minority areas, including the cultivation of professionals, the improvement of the quality of serving staff and the technical training and assessment of maternal and infant health care so as to improve the technical level and service quality of MCH and meet the needs of women Children’s health and development needs.
