[目的]观察和比较通过不同途径注入植物凝集素后昆明白小鼠淋巴细胞的转化率,已期为相关应用提供依据。[方法]采用口服、腹腔注射、皮下注射、肌肉注射和阴道注入5种方法给予植物凝集素。剂量为4 mg(PHA)/只/22~25 g b.w。72 h后直接取血涂片,瑞氏染液染色后油镜观察各种淋巴细胞的比例,以此计算整体淋巴细胞的转化率。[结果]口服、腹腔注射、皮下注射、肌肉注射和阴道注入各组平均转化率分别为17%、36%、39%、47%、24%。[结论各实验组与对照组的转化率之间有显著差异。整体淋巴细胞的转化率与不同给药方式有关系。几种给药方式相比,肌肉注射引起的淋巴细胞转化率最高,口服组的转化率相对较低。
[Objective] To observe and compare the transformation rate of Kunming white mice lymphocytes after injecting phytohemagglutinin by different ways, which has provided basis for related applications. [Method] Five kinds of methods including oral, intraperitoneal injection, subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection and vaginal injection were given to lectin. The dosage is 4 mg (PHA) / only / 22 ~ 25 g b.w. 72 hours after the direct blood smears, Wright’s stain stained oil lens observation of the proportion of various lymphocytes, in order to calculate the overall rate of lymphocyte transformation. [Results] The average conversion rates of oral, intraperitoneal injection, subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection and vaginal injection were 17%, 36%, 39%, 47% and 24% respectively. [Conclusion There is a significant difference between the conversion rates of experimental group and control group. Overall lymphocyte transformation rates are related to different modes of administration. Several modes of administration, intramuscular injection caused the highest rate of lymphocyte transformation, oral group, the conversion rate is relatively low.
