利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机与透射电镜(TEM)研究了Cu对5052铝合金热拉伸变形行为的影响。研究表明:Cu的添加导致5052铝合金在等温拉伸温度为100℃、拉伸速率为0.01 mm·s-1与拉伸温度为250℃、拉伸速率为0.01 mm·s-1与0.1 mm·s-1的真应力-真应变曲线上出现由动态应变时效引起的锯齿波动,不同升温速率与拉伸速率组合下的非等温拉伸真应力-真应变曲线上出现由动态析出引起的“屈服”平台。
The effect of Cu on the hot tensile deformation behavior of 5052 aluminum alloy was investigated by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation tester and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the addition of Cu results in the isothermal drawing temperature of 10050 ℃, the drawing speed of 0.01 mm · s-1 and the drawing temperature of 250 ℃ and the drawing speed of 0.01 mm · s-1 and 0.1 mm · The true stress-true strain curve of s-1 shows the sawtooth fluctuation caused by the dynamic strain aging. The non-isothermal tensile true stress-true strain curve under the combination of different heating rates and tensile rates appears to be caused by the dynamic precipitation. “Yield” platform.
