采用新型方法制备了蒙脱土(MMT)/MgCl_2球形复合载体,经热处理后将其负载铁系催化剂,并用于催化乙烯原位聚合。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对载体的晶型和形貌进行了分析,并用分光光度法研究了载体中MMT用量对催化剂负载的影响。结果表明:该方法能够制得球形良好的载体,其晶型也不再为α型,另外,MMT的加入可使球形载体的粒径显著增大;催化剂的负载量和负载率随MMT用量的增加显著下降,负载量难于达到0.2%,负载率低于90%;MMT用量的增加也会导致催化体系活性降低。
A novel montmorillonite (MMT) / MgCl_2 spherical composite support was prepared by a novel method. After heat treatment, it was loaded with iron-based catalyst and used to catalyze the in situ polymerization of ethylene. The morphology and morphology of the support were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
