摘要目的本研究通过评估流动相关伪影、可检测性和颅内病灶的对比度,对比研究了T1W BB Cube(black-blood Cube)序列、T1W BB Cube FLAIR序列在脑对比增强成像中的应用,并与常规T1W自旋回波(SE)序列进行对比。方法首先采用水模研究确定BB Cube和BB Cube-FLAIR的最佳序列参数。其次对23例颅内病变的病人进行临床研究,通过与传统的2D T_1W-SE序列的比较来评估这两个序列对颅内病灶的诊断效能。结果通过水模研究得到最优的对比增强
Abstract ObjectiveTo study the application of T1W BB Cube (black-blood Cube) sequence and T1W BB Cube FLAIR sequence in brain contrast-enhanced imaging by evaluating the correlation between flow-related artifacts, detectability and intracranial lesions. Contrast with conventional T1W spin echo (SE) sequence. Methods Firstly, the best sequence parameters of BB Cube and BB Cube-FLAIR were determined by water modeling. Second, 23 patients with intracranial lesions were studied clinically, and the diagnostic efficacy of these two sequences on intracranial lesions was evaluated by comparison with the conventional 2D T_1W-SE sequence. The results obtained by the water-based study of the optimal contrast enhancement
