目的 探讨大鼠胃粘膜癌变过程中肾上腺皮质功能的变化。方法 用甲基硝基亚硝基胍(MNNG)给断乳1wk 的雄性Wistar 大鼠,连续灌胃10 d 制成胃癌模型。用组织化学和图像分析方法观察肾上腺皮质的变化。结果 胃粘膜癌变大鼠肾上腺皮质束状带和网状带细胞内脂滴含量降低( P< 0.01) ,3β- 羟基类固醇脱氢酶(3β- HSD) 的活性增强(P<0 .01)。结论 在MNNG诱发大鼠胃粘膜癌变过程中,肾上腺皮质类固醇激素,特别是糖皮质激素的合成增强。
Objective To investigate the changes of adrenocortical function in gastric carcinogenesis in rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were treated with MNNG and weaned for 10 days to establish a gastric cancer model. Changes in adrenal cortex were observed using histochemical and image analysis methods. Results The content of lipid droplets in the adrenal cortex of the gastric mucosal lesion and the reticulocyte were decreased (P<0.01), and the activity of 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD) was increased (P<0.01). ). Conclusion During the carcinogenesis of gastric mucosa in rats induced by MNNG, the synthesis of corticosteroids, especially glucocorticoids, is enhanced.
