我们应用精冲这一新工艺,是在未加任何改装的普通冲床上安装具有三重动作的齿圈压料式精冲模来实现的。一年来我们分别制造、试冲成功精冲模两付。实践中我们始终感到顶出工件是一个老大难问题,本来冲件是很满意的,但在滑块回程时冲件又被反顶力顶进废料腔,从而破坏了裁切面的质量,造成废品。后来我们分别在两付模具上增添了两套不同的顶料滞后机构,经多次调试,终于较满意地解决了问题,保证了良好的精冲效果。下面把精冲效果及模具结构分别介
We apply the new technology of fine blanking, which is realized by installing the triple action gear ring blanking precision punch on the ordinary punch without any modification. In the past year, we separately manufacture and test punches to make two kinds of fine dies. In practice, we always feel that it is a chronic problem to eject the workpiece. Originally, the workpiece was very satisfactory. However, when the slider returned, the workpiece was pushed back into the waste chamber, thus destroying the quality of the cutting surface and causing the waste . Later on, we added two sets of different jacking lagging bodies respectively on two sets of molds. After many times of debugging, we finally solved the problem satisfactorily and ensured a fine blanking effect. Below the fine blanking effect and die structure were introduced
